Stadium 路 United Kingdom

How much did Stadium MK, the Milton Keynes Dons stadium, cost to build?

Stadium MK (stadium:mk) in Denbigh, Milton Keynes, is the 30,000 to 30,500-seat home of Milton Keynes Dons, designed by HOK Sport and built by Buckingham Group Contracting for the developer Inter MK with 4,300 tonnes of steel erected by Rowecord Engineering. Ground was broken in February 2005 and it opened in 2007 (first game 18 July 2007). New Steel Construction in March 2006 gave the cost as GBP 42 million, whereas Football Tripper says GBP 50 million; the stadium was built as part of a wider Inter MK site deal in which Asda paid GBP 35 million and Ikea GBP 24 million for their plots.
