How much did the Surry nuclear power plant in Virginia cost to build, in 2007 dollars?

The Surry Nuclear Power Plant in Surry County, Virginia, operated by Dominion Energy, has two Westinghouse three-loop pressurized-water units of 839 MW and 799 MW (net summer capacity per the EIA), built from June 1968 and in commercial operation on 22 December 1972 and 1 May 1973. The US Energy Information Administration's 2010 State Nuclear Profile gives a construction cost of USD 1.868 billion adjusted to 2007 dollars using the CPI from its 1986 report DOE/EIA-0473(86), so the figure is inflation-adjusted and the original nominal cost is lower and was not found.
