How much did Surveyor program cost to build?

The Surveyor program was NASA's series of seven uncrewed lunar lander missions flown from June 1966 to January 1968 to prepare for the Apollo landings; five soft-landed on the Moon and two failed. JPL ran it and chose Hughes Aircraft in 1961 to build the spacecraft. NASA's own history, Kloman's NASA SP-4901 (1972), states that the original estimated total cost of the project was USD 125 million whereas the final cost came to USD 469 million, nearly a fourfold increase largely because the project took more than two years longer than planned.
