How much was NASA's contract with Katalyst for the Swift boost mission?

The Swift boost mission is a commercial NASA rescue of the Neil Gehrels Swift Observatory, a gamma-ray telescope launched in 2004 whose orbit is decaying. NASA awarded Katalyst Space Technologies a USD 30 million contract in September 2025 to build the 'Link' servicing spacecraft, which launched on 3 July 2026 on a Northrop Grumman Pegasus XL rocket. NASA's release of 19 August 2026 says the spacecraft then experienced attitude control issues and would attempt rendezvous and proximity operations instead of the original boost plan.
