Stadium 路 Australia

How much did the new Sydney Football Stadium (Allianz Stadium) cost to build?

The Sydney Football Stadium (Allianz Stadium), a 42,500-seat stadium in Moore Park, Sydney, was rebuilt from 2019 after the 1988 stadium was demolished, with John Holland taking over from Lendlease in December 2019 under a A$735 million contract. The NSW Government's budget of A$729 million rose by A$99 million to A$828 million, a figure confirmed by Infrastructure NSW and Venues NSW at a budget-estimates hearing in 2022, and A$53.7 million more went on rebuilding Venues NSW facilities, bringing the total to A$874 million. The stadium opened in late August 2022.
