How much did Tallaght Stadium in Dublin cost to build?

Tallaght Stadium in Dublin, Ireland, is a football stadium owned by South Dublin County Council and home of Shamrock Rovers, designed by Martin Noone Architects, managed by the council's Architects Department and built by P J McLoughlin of Longford. CLAD reported in June 2009 that it cost EUR 11.2 million (GBP 9.7 million), mostly government-funded, with an initial 3,300 capacity growing to nearly 7,000 once the East Stand opened in summer 2009. Wikipedia dates the figure 'to May 2009' and cites the council's press release on the official opening of 29 May 2009; a later North Stand cost EUR 11.5 million but is a separate project.
