How much did the Topaz Solar Farms project in California cost?

Topaz Solar Farms is a 550 MW (AC) photovoltaic power station on the Carrizo Plain in San Luis Obispo County, California, built by First Solar with about nine million cadmium telluride panels on roughly 4,700 acres and bought in December 2011 by MidAmerican Renewables, now part of Berkshire Hathaway Energy. Construction began in November 2011 and ended in November 2014, and it sells its output to Pacific Gas and Electric. Wikipedia gives the project cost as USD 2.4 billion, citing a 2013 report on its USD 1 billion bond offering, and also mentions USD 2.5 billion; CleanTechnica reported a valuation of USD 2 billion in 2011.
