How much did Tsunoshima Bridge in Yamaguchi, Japan, cost to build?

Tsunoshima Bridge is a 1,780 m prefectural-road bridge over the Amase Strait in Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi Prefecture, linking the mainland with the island of Tsunoshima in the Hibiki-nada sea; at completion it was the longest toll-free bridge to an island in Japan and is Yamaguchi's longest bridge. Work was done in the fiscal years 1991 to 2000 with the groundbreaking in September 1993 and the opening on 3 November 2000, after about seven years and two months of construction by the Yamaguchi Toyota civil engineering office. The project cost was about JPY 14.9 billion, of which the bridge itself was about JPY 13.2 billion.
